Did you know that a lack of sleep can lead to depression and anxiety amongst other things?

Being well rested is super important for your child, and of course for you too. But many children struggle to sleep - particularly if they are anxious - and many parents are so stressed out that they can also find it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep.
