In this week's video - the 4th in this mini-series on bereavement - I offer some tips for ways to help a child or young person who has lost someone close to them.

Often people worry about saying the 'wrong' thing to a person who has been bereaved, so don't say anything at all. But it's so important to acknowledge a loss and be willing to talk about the person who has died - especially for a child or teenager, for whom this may be the first experience of bereavement.

I hope this video helps you feel confident to help, and also to know when you may need to seek professional support.

Warmest wishes
